I gave an old guy a big load of surplus material from work today, he gave me a small drag disc. Tag is on it, unreadable. Any help ID? What is missing from the tongue? Thanks.

has DBM and numbers on the spools and end spacers outside last disc. I approximate it at 5 to 6 feet wide. I will get better pics. the part I really wonder about is the tongue getting it to work. How do you make it run straight to move and how do you get it to angle the gangs to dig in? I am going to use it to level and smooth a lot/yard where I tore a old house down.
