Ezee On loader

Does anyone have an Ezee On loader mounted on their tractor they could take photos of? I bought a 2060 loader for my Ford 5000 but do not have mounts. The mounts appear to be a C channel that the frame slides into and I am not sure how it is secured in that C channel. If I'm going to make them I'd like a better idea of my target. Thanks in advance.

Tim

If the manufacturer is still in business they should be able to send/sell you an operators manual or direct you to that information online.

I seen one, about this spring,i think it was made in Canada, wasn't to bad a loader, except it wasn't a quick attach!!!

It looks like Buhler Industries purchased Ezee-On Manufacturing. You could try contacting Buhler for a manual and information.

There is no active website and Buhler does not list Ezee On among their brands. I'll call them in the morning and see if there is any information.

I had one for years,, the ones I know are the simplest mounting loader I ever was around, the loader sub farm had two pipes on it that slid in to the mounting frame that stays with the tractor, the loader and sub frame stood by its self with stands, you just drove up tot he loader, hooked up the lift cylinder hoses used them to raise or lower the end of the sub frame until you could drive into the first sub frame pipe. as you ease forward you raise the sub frame until the front pipe slides in the mounting frame C channel as you called it, when it was fully in the locking tabs fall down and lock the sub frame to the mounting channel, hook up the bucket hoses and you are ready to rock and roll, removing was the same only thing you did was flip the two locking tabs/latches up and reverse the steps above, wish i had kept that loader it was a good one,, installing the mounting frame was cake too, I had it on three different tractors, I just modified the mounting ears for what I was putting it on,,

CN,
Thank you so much for your description and that you liked using the loader. Can you comment on the side-to-side stability? If the only "lock" is a plate at the back that secures the loader inside those rails, what happens if you are loading gravel and don't hit the pile square? Is there danger of it popping out? I'd like to know your experience. This loader is really clean and straight so I'd like to set it up right.

I never had a problem with side twist at all,, the system is secure to how it holds to the mounting frame,, as long as its mounted secure the rest is also,, I handled thousands of round bales with it every year,, some I picked up on one end for loading in tight spots at times no problem,, it is a farm loader so of course things can be twisted/bent ect if some care is not used but I never had a issue with it in the 15 years I had it

here are two tractors I had it on one shows the grapple I adapted to it and the other is with the bucket which was just a 6' one

I spoke with an older employee at Buhler who rooted around and was able to find a pdf of the owners manual. No joy on bracket drawings. mschwartz, I would love to see your photos. I’m very curious about the tab/bar that locks the loader in the channel. Thank you!

Did not have time to get the tractor out but grabbed a few pics for you. I can get better pics in a day or two if you point out what you would like to see, Mike

Hey Mike-

I'm trying to understand how the frame locks into the mount rail. There's a lock of some sort that pivots on a bolt in your top picture. Detail of how that works would be helpful. Thanks!

The factory that built those loaders is still standing in Vegerville Alberta. Pretty sure they don't build loaders anymore since they been brought out years ago. Think they build high speed tillage equipment now. As a kid in the 80's, pretty much every farm in Western Cdn had loader from them. Or it seemed like. Was at the neighbours today borrowing parts to copy of his Hydro 100, still has Ezee On frame work. But it goes to the rear axle. I can take pictures if that would help you out?

is their and any you would be will to send me a copy of the operation manual that you got for the 2060.

i just got a loader it has the mounts that i can get the measurements for you and take pitcher as will

thank you

I know this is an old post, but if anyone has the operation manual for the Ezee-On 2060, would you mind sharing it with me? Thank you in advance.
