What are Farmall M cultivators (front and rear set) selling for these days, $100?

I would have to say what ever someone is willing to pay.

at auction one never knows.

I've seen a set of HM 251's go for $350. They had most of the original paint & stenciling. There was also a set for a Super C that went for $950 on eBay a few years back. Those were NOS with the plant shields, though. I'd wager, if they're rusty & complete with the mounting plates & cylinders, $100 - $150 would sound about right.
