F11-B Tilt Cylinder Repair Problem

I finally got around to ordering the seal kit for my F11-B and it arrived yesterday. The second kit actually since I returned the first one due to the issue I am having. I contacted the seller and they had nothing to offer other than a refund. I figured that's what I get for ordering from someone on amazon.

So after getting the refund I ordered another kit from baum hydraulics which was mentioned here in a previous post. I had actually tried to contact them first to confirm that the kit would be a fit, but they never respond to email/forms on their website. I ordered anyway since I was sure that the 1R3113 kit should be a match for my cylinder. It's the same number as the kit sold by agco. The part number "1B456" I found on the "cylinder bushing" in the agco diagram matches the number I have on mine.

Everything in the kit is an exact fit except the two larger o-ring and backup ring sets. I have red arrows pointing to them in the diagram attached. The larger set seems to be over sized and actually fits on the outside of the cylinder tube. While the smaller set fits inside the tube. I'm not sure how either one should fit exactly since they either disintegrated or were left off previously. Now I'm stuck since both kits had the same issue. I'm not sure if it's the wrong kit or maybe I'm just doing it wrong. Does anyone have any experience with these?

Oring should fit the 4 hole flange piece then it seals to the
barrel . My guess is someone’s changed the cylinder and it is
not the one that belongs on the loader

It looks identical to what I have seen in pictures and both sides match. It just seems like the inner diameter of the larger pair should actually be the outer diameter. The smaller pair is the opposite, the outer diameter should be the inner diameter. Just like something got mixed up over the years.

The information i found on it says:

2.5" Bore
1.25" Rod

Which means the inner (inside) diameter of the cylinder tube should be 2-1/2 inches correct? Mine is 2-1/2 inches I.D. and the walls are 1/8 inch thick making the O.D. of the tube 2-3/4 inches. The rod is correct at 1-1/4 inches.

My larger 0-ring and backup pair has an I.D. of 2-3/4 inches and an O.D. of 3 inches. The smaller pair has an I.D of 2-1/4 inches and O.D. of 2-1/2 inches. All of the (F11-B) kits for the smaller tilt cylinder listed by BH have the same bore size. I don't know how these could fit on any cylinder with a 2-1/2 inch bore given their size. That is why I was hoping someone had some experience with these.

Its been a long time since ive had one apart but it doesn’t look
like those are the right oring . I do know the 1r3113 kit is the
one my f11 uses with no issues
