Farmall Model A cultivator

I have restored a Farmall Model A. Now I am working on a cultivator for the tractor. I was told that the small bar is the rear rockshaft. What is the longer one for ? is it for the model A or something else?

The long one would go on a Farmall B it had a narrow front and wide rear axles...
