Ih (?) disc plow

Seen this disk plow online
Listed as ih. Any idea the id?ing features to determine make/model?
Is there a tag? Name stamped?

First off that is not a disk plow. A disk plow has each blade individually mounted and set at a different angle. It is a disk tiller or as some call it a one way as all the blades are mounted on a common axle just like the gang on any disk, single, tandem, offset. It is made different than what is in an old McCormick operators manual I have. Model I have no idea. Years ago I had a JD and it is different than that JD was.

I agree with Leroy that disk tiller or one way is how JD identified that type plow.

Yep, a disc tiller. Does a great job. I turned a few million pounds of soil with one of those growing up.
It was a 5 disc Athens behind a 49 JD A.
