I have a Woods mower 208-2 with a little bit of play in the right gearbox shaft (shaft going to the blades) and the liquid hasn't started to leak yet (no oil stains where the mower is parked) except through the vent plug on the top of the nut to fill the box when it gets warm. I'm guessing the play is caused by the bearing (part # 11114). Since the gearbox still holds oil can I keep using the mower or do it get replacement parts for the mower? I have been checking the oil every time I use the mower and around every 2 hours of use.
The tractor that run this mower is a Ford 6610 (full 3 point) and Ford 3000 gas (2 point, has to use hydraulic lift)
This mower is a mix of 3 point and 2 point with hydraulic lift in back. NOT a pull type.
