I have an old Hart/carterthreshing machine. Serial number H36595. Would like to know year model, value, and any basic info on machine. Is in good shape.

Hart was the brand of the feeder not the threshing machine. Some pix would help, that said are there any logos cast into things
like wheel hubs or caps? Most times serial numbers were stamped into the frame below the cylinder.

Will send a pic. The serial number was stamped on machine. Serial number was H36595. Also stamped on machine was. Hart/Carter. Peoria, Illinois Pretty sure it is an old threshing machine not a feeder but will send a pic.

Where did you see the name, Hart-Carter stamped? I rather thought that Hart-Carter made the weighers on threshers, Like Farmers Friend made blowers for several threshers.

The Hart/Carter Company. Peoria, Illinois stamped on a small brass tab was mounted on right side of the main body of the thresher. This tag also had the serial number on it.

Hello, I have a Huber 22-40 thresher, with the same tag from Hart Carter, Serial #H41996.
On the rear of the thresher is the stenciled number 13434.
I don't know how to post photos here, but it is in excellent shape. [/img]

I have a Hero fanning mill that has Hart Carter stenciled on the fan housing. Why it's there, I have no idea. I was thinking advertising other lines of equipment the dealer had?
