Question for IH combine experts

How much interchanges between an IH 80 and 82 combine? I have an 82 and have found an 80 parts machine and am wondering what is the same between the two. From previous posts I know the heads are similar, but the back end of the 80 looks different from the 82. Thanks for the info.

I have owned both an 80 and an 82 in the past and am very sure that all the mechanical parts are the same. Just different sheet metal to give a more modern look to the 82.
