The baler works great but when I eject a bale sometimes the strings that just got cut unroll or hang down what ever one wants to call it. They get caught by tractor tires ect. and get pulled off worse. Anyone else have this problem? This baler has bales flawless for years.

Are the bale edges soft and the center hard? Bale shape can make the string loose on the edges where the ends are. Also you could let the bale roll a couple times after tying and before ejecting to ?set? the twine.

I am able to bale perfect bales almost every time, flat tops, mostly because I rake myself the way I want to bale. Usually don't let them roll long in the chamber due to to time, but may try when time allows.
