How to id mower

Need help in finding a model number for my mower, It does have a Rowse sticker on it, I do know it is an older one. It is a tree row find that looks like its in fair shape but need to find a manual for it. can't find a model number on it anywhere.Could it be a T9H

It looks like a new holland sickle head rowse mowers either came with a new holland head or an International head I believe this is the same
cutter bar as a 456 new holland mower. I like the new holland design it's simple and cheaper to rebuild than the ih balanced head.
