looks like a john deere -killefer 20 measure wheels and I can tell you also I have an owners manual to make a copy of if you like

I think it has the 38 inch tread and about 36 inch wheel height without taking the tape to it again

I have one that still has the tag on it I will try to stop by and look at it,, yours does not have the lugs on the wheels like mine, I will try to get a pic also,,

Is that a Killefer ?? or Killefer-Deere ??
The tag should be rivited on the vertical member of the lifting structure.
