Anyone know what size the shear bolt is? and also what kind of pin is needed in the PTO end. Ours is gone and we have a bolt in it as of now but would like to replace it with a new lock pin.

Thanks

Here is a link to the AGCO parts book. I didn't remember a shear bolt in the drive line so I took a look. Left the Hesston dealer in 1991 when those units were still "new". If the PTO shaft has a rectangular cross section then it was still US, not metric (triangular or lemon shaped shafts). It would have used the old type locking pin that stuck all the way through the yoke and had an x-washer clip. Those may be hard to find as the drive line makers stopped using that style and went to a style that didn't protrude out the "back" side of the yoke for safety reasons.

(quoted from post at 16:13:33 06/14/18) I dont think I have what you need but I do have some parts for that model.

I am looking for the Pin that attaches the Yoke to the tractor PTO its bigger on one end then the other.

Go to the link I gave you and open "gearbox" page 6. The pin for the tractor end yoke is pictured in the lower left hand corner. In the upper left hand corner you will see three little icons that look like a magnifying glass. Click on the right hand one which allows you to make a box around what you need to magnify. If that is what your pin looked like that is the older style pin. Your yoke could have been replaced and use a different style. Look on the castings for a logo, what is coming to mind is Hesston used Rockwell, but it has been a long time.
