Hay rake identification?

I purchased this rake in a package deal but I can't find any information on it. I was told it was a New Idea but it has been painted so I don't think you can go by the paint colors. It is now green and orange but I think the green used to be a cream color. The odd part to me is the handle used to adjust the height. I can't find any models with a lever like this.

No picture so can you describe it? Paralell bar? Older horse type? Something different? 2 wheel? 3 point? 4 wheel? Ground drive? Hydrolic drive? PTO drive? And green and orange called bittersweet is their normal colors. Never knew them to use anything like a cream color. I work with the 4 wheel ground drive rakes all the time rebuilding them.

Sorry I was having a problem uploading the pictures but here they are. It just looks like someone painted over the other colors so I am not sure if I was told the right manufacturer. Thank you for your help.

I have the sprocket off of the shaft because of pulling it home down the road. It is just hanging there the shaft is actually hidden by the one branch. I just haven't been able to find with a lever like this for height. It seems most have a crank.

Maybe that drive was only available a short time due to problems. That would be my luck. Here is a picture of the lid on the gear box so I am thinking it is possibly a case rake. Still trouble finding one with that drive and a lever for height adjustment.
