Out baling horse hay. What a nice day to make hay! I am 62 and the baler is 61. We both did not miss a knot!

You know, for as old,and small, as they are, they are still a popular machine. They still make good consistant bales. Pretty amazing.Neighbor across the road bales 50+ acres a year(two cuttings)wih a #68. Makes 40 puond bales for his grown daughter to pick (and feed) by hand.

That is what these are for - grown daughter feeds them out during the winter to her rescue horses.

That's my baler! Great wee machine - but missing a few bits of guards?!! Baled THOUSANDS of very consistent bales with one of these over the
years, very rarely missed a knot - and if it did it was usually because the joint between the balls of twine got stuck in a knotter! Used it behind a MF 135, 550 and 675. Sure miss haymaking time in my retirement.

It all looks great. I still use a 68 too, mostly now behind a Farmall 300. It's rusty and old but it still bales pretty well. I keep it inside now most of the year, but I've only had it for the last 5 or
6 years of its long life.
