New Idea 483 baler

My 483 baler keeps plugging up. I had it since it was new and
never had this problem. Do I need to replace the bottom belts
they are getting smooth or tighten them up. Any info will be
appreciated

Are you baling drier than normal hay?

Hay is about the same moisture, it does it on tough hay also. . Once I get some hay in it turning it seems to be fine. Sometimes it just piles in and doesn?t spin to pull in more

We also bale with a new idea 483. I would check your belt tension. I would also verify all the belts are turning when the chamber is empty.
