I have a bale wagon that after the second table brings hay up to load rack the hyd. check valves at the end of that line that feeds that lift cylinder will sprits oil out..I recently replaced those with new ones from dealer.. also have replaced hoses..any suggestions..

Works good other then the quick sprits of hyd fluid out that valve.. manual doesnt go into alot of detail about that

Has both releif valve and check valve plumbed into the shaft end of cylinder..

any thoughts?? thanks in advance

Is that a single-acting cylinder?

If so, the piston seals are leaking, allowing hydraulic fluid to get to the "air side".

That would make sense, oil to lift it and air-cushioned on the way down.

(I used to have a 1010, but that was a LLLOOONNNGGG time ago, and I don't remember how it was set up.)

yes thats exactly right.. manual talks about air pressure being pressed up in the end helping the table push back toward home position.. O.K. that makes sense...

Interesting that it didnt do it with the old hoses, etc. on it last year..

Ill have to look into rebuilding that..
