Besides spraying with diesel is their any thing else that will bring the paint back? Thanks

You might consider using Simple Green.

Spray it on, let it set for about 5 minutes, then power wash it off.

Wipe down with a cloth towel.

We use it to clean implements and tractors.

There are paint rejuvenation products out there,but there has to be paint left for it to work lineseed works well too but it takes a lot of elbow grease
