Hello All,
I have an old lighter duty running gear (5 lug wheels, assuming 6 ton?) and I need to get tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves for it. I believe it's either an Electric Wheel or a David Bradley and I cannot for the life of me find any parts for it. I've looked all over the unit and cannot find a single tag or anything that could possibly identify it. I've tried contacting balster's equipment but they are out of business now (however still have a maintained website?).
I know that the tie rod assembly for each side of the steering axle is about 28 inches long, each tie rod end is male with 11/16" UNF threads and the ball stud has 7/16" UNF threads. They seem very standard or "catalog" if you will but cannot find anything. Was just at a dealership yesterday and he had one tie rod end, but of course no part number to trace it down or anything. I can't find anything with Moog or Spicer either; they both want a part number or don't have the dimensions that I need as of yet.
Please help.
Thanks.
