Ezee Flow spreader

I’ve got a 10ft ezee flow spreader with no rate chart, I’ve found the rate table online but have not found a ground speed listing to coincide with the rate setting. Does anyone know the ground speed or have a chart that oncludes ground speed to find spreading rate?

It's ground driven, so delivery the same no matter the speed (within reason)

I had calibrated a 10' one time using jacks, tarp, scale and a calculator. Worked out the "4" on the adjustment disc was about 400lb /acre for fertilizer.
