Ronnco Products Inc Walk Behind Implement. What is this?

Hey all,

I recently purchased a "Ronnco Products Inc" implement and I need help identifying exactly what it is. I originally thought it was a lawn dethatcher of some kind built for a Simplicity walk behind tractor. Not so sure it's a dethatcher anymore. Any thoughts?

Here are some pics.

Those top "fingers" are made of woven rubber type stuff, they are soft.

It appears to be driven so the grinder part rides over whatever is suppose to be cut and the "fingers" grab and toss said material into the grinder part. Not sure of that though.

(quoted from post at 15:23:10 03/08/18) I don?t think it?s a Popiel Pocket Fisherman. It may be a Bamboo Steamer.

Or a food dehydrator... :D I could not find anything on the company name Ronnco with two n's.

Cuts up leaves. Can't figure out how to
post it but found it online. It was a
little ad in a old Popular Mechanics
magazine.

I see why it's called implement alley! You guys are packin' heat  haha.

But no you don't set it and forget it. Does have a nice little door in the front of it, maybe to unclog twigs that get caught up. I'm sure you could put your dinner in there too!

There's that door I was talking about. Not sure if it serves any other purpose other than unclogging the implement.

Thank you John and Mike for pointing out that this implement is a leaf shredder. Certainly makes sense to me.
