The clamps grab onto an adapter bolted to your tractor hitch/drawbar. The list of adapters for various tractors starts on .pdf Page 47 of the parts catalog linked below.

The photo below shows how the similar clamps on an (older) #5 mower attach to the adapters on the tractor.
