Where are you? I see mountains. The IH plow sure does a fine job. Second to none,IMHO.Looks like 14" bottoms?

Beautiful job.
Moldboard plowing subscribers seems to be a dying breed and lost art. I can remember when my Dad and I ran 2 plows and the furrows better be straight, equal depth and most of all level on top.
Most Millenials could not figure out how to adjust a plow--sad :(

In my part of the country, NE Wisconsin, with our clay soils we still do a lot of fall plowing. I still use my 50 year old JD F620 4-16 plow with my year old JD 6110R tractor. But your are right in that a lot of the younger folks probably don't know how to set plows. Al

That is a nice rig I need to get my John Deere plow going . I really wish I had a cab I just found 70 more acres of plowing and the weather has broke cold again

We have clay soils and have not moldboard plowed in at least 30 years. The plow is parked in a fence row. All no till or minimal tillage.

Where do you live? I farm near Lake Michigan and it's hard to get the land dried out for planting in spring. About the only no-till in my area is planting wheat after soybeans in fall. But most corn land is either moldboard or chisel plowed in fall. Almost all corn is planted in fall plowed fields. I don't know of anyone near me who plants corn with a no-till planter. Al
