I hope someone can tell me about this disc I bought at an auction for 20.00.
I have found no name an as you can see in the pics there are a few markings.

(quoted from post at 07:00:52 10/18/17) I am 74 and on farm all my life and I have NEVER SEEN a disk with a lever like that.

My father in law is 92 he was a farmer an has never seen one either. That's why I was asking.

I could see the lever being useful. With most adjustable angle discs you pull a rope to release a catch , then back up or go ahead to make the angle change. That one is small enough that you should be able to change the angle with the lever and get it where you want it more quickly.

(quoted from post at 06:09:11 10/19/17) A lot of them were a crank to adjust the angle.

I never saw one with a crank to adjust the angle, only for the front to back leveling.

The Dunham I have setting here right now has the crank, The McCormick we used to have years ago had the crank. And the Massey Harris I fixed up and sold last year had the crank.

These are all drag type and some had the rope to adjust angle. Only a wheel disk had anything to adjust front to back and that was not for angle but for leveling. Were all 7 blade on a side for tandem disk. 28 blades total.

My guess would be Massey Harris. I wonder if there is any original paint left on the bottom side of the steel frame? The original color would be a clue to the brand.

(quoted from post at 10:49:59 10/19/17) I would look for company logos on the bearing carriers.

Only thing I found on the bearings is pictured h191 & h192 on the front was h195 as well.

It seems to me the lever I'll move to angle the disc in when pulled forward and straight when all the way back. It also adjusts the back section as well. From straight to angles so as to bring the dirt back in. You can see in the one picture looking afrim the rear of the front section how am where it hooks up.
