Model Numbers

I just had to chuckle this morning. Lots of questions about implements by model number. Most of my junk is so old it wasn't even numbered. Ha! That does however lend itself to the fantastic, creative, mind of the farmer. The old axiom "Get a hand full of baling wire and a roll of Duck Tape and you can fix anything" surely has merit. Keeping your antiques running with today's available parts is indeed challenging.

I never used it all that much. Usually used motor oil in a squirt can. Used penetrating oil for what needed that. Today I keep a can of $ General. spray lubricant in the tractors. Really helps in hooking things up. Guess I should have had a can of WD after all in hind sight.
