JD 456 round baler roller removal

I have a JD 456ss round baler. I need to remove the roller on the end of the tension arms. There is no hole to line up to remove bolts like on the other rollers. My best guess is to move tension arms up until they clear the backside of the baler and then manually pick up the gate with a overhead hoist. Probably have to remove a pin from a belt to slip inside and take out roller. Am I missing another way?

Your need to read your operators manual. It tells you how to release the tension off the belts. IF you watch while your doing that the tension arm moves to where you can easily get to the bolts. You raise the door to a certain position and then lock the gate valve. Then you move the tension arm with the hydraulics while the gate valve is closed/locked.
