There are 2 grain carts near me for sale, and I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with either. The one I'm most interested in is a Kinze 450 C. It looks to be in good condition. Just curious about maintenance on the conveyor - is their much to it? Are there any issues with this cart? The other is an older UFT 400 (?) which shows some age, the tires are worn (10%), but it looks solid. Augers show some wear, but not horrible. It's cheap. Anyone have experience with one of these?

the uft was same as deere 400 model if remember. had one years back, way better one out there now,it would have to be free for me to consider that one nowdays.the kinze unit did not go over much period in my area. if had choice of being really really cheap otherwise i would pass on both units. lot better units out there today for reasonable dollars.

Those old UFT carts are probably less desirable because they are small and I think they had a manual folding auger. Also, didn't unload fast like the newer ones, but still useful if in good shape. Another drawback is they are harder to load onto while moving because they are so small.

Yeah, it's not too big, but it does have a hydraulic fold auger, and I wouldn't load on the go anyway. I may try to cut a deal on it. Could come in handy
