John Deere 650 Side delivery rake

I recently acquired a John Deere 650 side delivery rake that needs some attention.
First it came with the rubber teeth that need replacing due to rotting. I was looking at replacing them with the NH steel teeth, will these teeth work on this rake? and opinion on steel teeth vs rubber teeth.
Second the pulley on the front reel end is rusted pretty bad and will need replaced. I was able to located the part number through the John Deere parts website but it says parts is no longer available. does anyone know where I could purchase a replacement?
John Deere part# AG889E
Thanks in advance.

there was a discussion on steel vs rubber teeth on here a while back. I bought a bunch of rubber mounted teeth from Surplus Center several years ago. They have worked well for me. I have a JD350 and older 850 series rake and have used them on both. I used to use all steel teeth, they were cheap to replace but the brackets to hold them on were a little spendy. I don't think I break any more rubber teeth than I did steel ones. I have seen guys raking hay and thatching their field at the same time and no teeth will put up with that.

Do you still have this rake? I'm missing the caster wheels and need to know the dimension from the bottom of the mounting plate to the ground so I can find a proper replacement, would you be willing to measure it for me?
