Can anyone tell about the hyd. pump on 336 J.D. baler? Can I use it on another piece of equipment? Do you know gpm?

I see no reason why you can't utilize the pump to power something else. I looked on JDparts.com & there were no spec's listed for the bale ejector pump.

My son in Wi has one on a home built firewood processor. Works great.
Best I've been able to track down is it could be one of several pumps, all with similar specs. The Cessna pump I was able to find some info on. It could be a 25508xxx ('not sure on the exact option codes) which is a 3.37 cubic in per revolution, which is rated at 23 gpm@1800 rpm, 3000 psi max. I believe the baler pump is counter clockwise rotation.
