Help Identifying this plow and finding parts

Help Identifying this plow, and looking for tail wheel rim and tire for my single 16 plow. My father bought it 50 years ago to pull behind his MT John Deer. From what I've read it might be a Little Genius. I have not found additional serial numbers other than on the main frame the P014603. It is a mechanical trip wheel. Current as is ball park value would be nice also.

Do you have any of the old tail wheel? If rim is bad from being rusted out but disk is good then just buy a replacement 12" blank rim and weld on. Orignal tire would have been a 3:50x12 taper tire but a 4:80x12" wore out trailer tire will work fine.
