were jones balers sold across the pond?

ivor from uk here and I would like to know were Jones balers sold in USA and Canada and if they were sold how did they perform compared to other balers and the reason I am asking is that we have a jones star T baler bought new in 1968 and I remember it arriving on a Saturday morning when I was 9 years old and it was covered in mud because there was a new railway bridge constructed at penstrowed which is about halfway on its journey and there was a temporary bridge been used and there had been heavy rain resulting in a lot of mud and I remember cleaning it, the journey was about 7 miles. the baler has not been used for 20 years and is about to be sold as I have said here before me and my brother are been evicted by the landlord, also jones balers were made about 65 miles away at Mold North Wales and in 2 weeks there is a talk on Jones balers at our local vintage club and I am looking forward to it

When Allis Chalmers introduced a square baler in the 1960s, it was in fact a Jones. At the time, New Holland distributed a memo warning the dealers what a tough competitor Jones was in Great Britain.
