Case Ih 1300 sickle mower-Good or bad?

Going to look at a IH 1300 sickle mower soon. I can't tell alot about it, as its on an auction, but i was just wondering if they are any good or not.

Seen a lot of them around here in the mid 1980's. Never heard anything bad about them. I would like to have
found a trail type before I bought the 3 point one I have now.
