Who made 145 Ford Plows?

Hey all,

I am looking at a 145 Ford 5 bottom Rollover Plow, and it looks similar to a White, but it has ford bottoms, so now I am not sure.

So I ask you guys, who made the 145 Ford plow? Was it a Ford, or a White? If its a White, what all would it take to convert back to a full blooded white, as I assume that Ford wear parts are hard to come by?

Any info appreciated,
Thanks!

White/Oliver 6342 is also the ford 145. I had one for several years, onland hitch.Never a problem for parts. As far as 'converteing' it. Don't.You could buy several plows for what new frogs,moldbosrds,shares,shins....... would cost. Just run it. Buy your parts from your Ford dealer if they aren't available anywhere else. weise,Adams, others make parts.

I have owned several of these plows. I have never seen one with Ford bottoms. They are a White plow top to bottom just painted blue.

There were several bottoms available. Check, they are probably the same. White/Oliver also made a plow for Case. They were the same. Several years ago a neighbor 'made' a 6 bottom(rollover)from a White 6342 4 botton onland hitch.. It was red(White),green(Oliver),blue(Ford),and orange(case).the parts came from 4 different plows, but they were all made by White/Oliver.
