Just picked up a 1037 stackliner and had a few questions now that I have it kinda working.

Should there be a detent for the pickup chain to stay running? Seems awkward to have to hold it.

How could I get the rolling rack to move back without hay? That's the only function that I haven't tried yet!

The previous owner (I got it from an auction) mounted 3 cylinders to the pickup side yellow wing thing, what would the benefit of this be?

Thanks!

The chain is supposed to only turn when picking a bale. You don't want it to run full time! There is a control lever on the remotes that controls the rolling rack.It is a 'combined funtion' with another function(cant remember which one.....).you need a book ASAP.Order one NOW.

Some pictures would help. Best Guess on the cylinders on the "wing thing" is to lift the pickup head when stacker is full and you need to head to the barn?
As for the rolling rack to retract there should be a control lever on the side of the stack table which allows to move the rolling rack tines forward or back, and if equipped, also the single bale
unload.

A book is an absolute must. I have a 1010

Here are some photos. I do have it working I just. Wednesday to make my bales longer
