John Deere 336 value

Hi all. I was wondering what the value of a 336 square baler would be. Ours has always been shedded and should
be in good working condition, though it hasn't been used in about 5 years. Thanks to anyone who can help

Assuming it is in very clean condition and no welds plus no ejector probably 3250 to 3500 dollars.

We are in Northeast AR, that's what the NEA in my name stands for. It is in pretty nice condition, has a short bale shoot and no ejector. Was pulled with both an Allis D17 and JD 4010 diesel. Probably would take a bit of TLC to get it going, but not much. Will try to post a pic from this phone of mine, but am not sure if it will work. I'll post from my computer later if this doesn't work. Ignore random seat in the bale shoot, it's from my tractor. s

I have 2 of these. I paid $3500 for the first, in running condition with a new guard rail around the kicker. I paid $1000 for my second. Knotter broken but balance of machine good. Put on a used knotter for $300. A good kicker installed would probably add $750 to the value. So, maybe look to get around $1000, if you get it running.

Assuming that the OP's machine has no major mechanical issues such as a broken gear box or broken knotter that will bring well more than a 1,000 dollars around here. I've seen several 336 balers at auction the past few years and none have gone under 3,000 dollars but these balers were in pretty good to excellent shape.
