John Deere M Implements

Hello all, this is my first post. My wife and I recently bought a 31 acre farm in southern Ohio, and when the sellers left, they asked me what I wanted them to leave in the barn. They live out of state now, and just wanted to get out as fast as possible. Anyway, besides leaving several really nice cabinets and work benches etc. they left me a disc, plow, cultivator, and blade that they had with their John Deere M. Unfortunately I have a Massey Ferguson, and these implements all seem to be designed to fit an M or something similar.

Anyway, one of my new neighbors collects John Deere equipment, and is interested in these. Does anybody have any guess as to what they are worth? They all appear to be in great shape besides some rust, but no real damage, and all in working condition. Also, does anybody know if these would fit other models?

Unfortunately I do not have any pictures at this time.

Any input would be appreciated.

1 Bottom plow - $100, 2 bottom plow $200. Cultivator - sold one at auction last year and got $50. Might be worth more as parts than anything. Blade - I have seen these as much as $500 for one in good shape but that is asking a lot. The harrow I would say $200 and up depending on what it truly is. If it is a correct M disc that fits the original hitch and not just a drag disc people ask more for them.

M implements pretty much just the M. The plow and harrow might work on a MT, The blade might work on a 40 standard or 420.

Have him make you an offer on them. You might just make a good new neighbor especially if you are not attached to them and cannot use them!

(quoted from post at 20:01:00 07/31/17) Thanks for the quick reply. The disc is not the typical pull behind, it is model specific I would imagine.

If the disc is like the one that is pictured in the link I may be interested. Please advise

Thanks

Yes, it looks identical to the one in the link.

I sent two emails, but I'm not sure they went through. One of the "joys" of this little farm in rural America is that we have no internet and cell phone signal is almost nonexistent. I try to search the web and send messages when my phone actually gets a signal.
