I have an old Ferguson dyna-balance mower with all gray paint. I call it a 5 point hookup as it mounts to the axles where the swaybar links hook on, also to the top link pivot, and then another part mounts to the 3 point lift arms. I think it is a model 31. I need to remove the knife assembly to repair the part that hooks the knife to the dyna-balance box (cast iron box). I need to clean out the old grease and replace the zerk. I grew up running one of these on an 8N back in the late 60's/early 70's. I remember taking the knife out through the dyna-balance unit numerous times. The mower I have now appears to have a couple of rivets that are blocking the knife from coming out. I found these when I removed the shoe from the bottom of the dyna-balance box. I was planning to remove the entire cutter bar but at this point I don't think it will help. I have downloaded several owners manuals but they are all for the later Massey Ferguson mower. I have had no luck finding a parts manual, service manual, or the correct owners manual.
