Just wanted to share my recent purchase and experience with a new brush cutter from Lane Shark USA. I've gone from the pole saw and hours of breaking back over 9 miles of road maintenance to zipping up and down with the 90 degree setting and cleaning up with it flat. Seriously, if you have hunting lanes, wooded roads, fields, anything, check these guys out! lanesharkusa.com

He's only selling the mower, tractor doesn't matter.

To me the pivot point looks weak, when the mower is horizontal it looks like their design isn't supported all that well?

Gee, 1st post. Want to bet this guy sells this rig? SPAM?!!

I'm not affiliated with this company. Just wanted to help get the word out as it was tough for me to find something like this after spending a lot of time on this and other forums.

I haven't had any issues with debris slinging towards the machine, when vertical it's offset a safe distance. The 6' brush cutter this replaced was much worse when raised past the hood.

In the horizontal position it locks in great and can be directly in front of the machine or off to the side like the photo shows. Coupled with a pto bush hog, it adds 41" to the cut width.

Our rural county had a hydraulic mower rigged up on an arm on the back of an open station Cat motor grader. That thing would sling firewood every direction. They had a heavy piece of crusher screening on the back side of the ROPS. The county guys said they would draw straws to see who had to run it. Short straw was the loser.

Interesting design, looked at their web site, lite weight 44" cut designed for smaller compact tractors, it's not for heavy tree cutting but would take care of the smaller brush that hangs out into road ways and the edge of fields.
I'd like to have one but really need one with a wider cut to serve as a dual purpose mower for my skid loader.
