Thanks for all you guys advice I really learned a lot about Knotters and for now have the 14t tying again.I took a digital fish scale and tied to the twine coming out of the twine box and only had 1.6 lbs of pull my 14t book says set pull force 5 to 15 lbs at twine box and set to 7 lbs.So far only baled 63 bales but didn't miss any but baled the last 35 really crowded pretty hard.I also have a nh 275 baler and it will 300-700 and never miss any and sometimes it starts missing 1 or 2 every 100 or so. I checked the pull force on the twine box and only 3.4 lbs force on it. I have checked my nh manual and I don't see a setting, does anyone know what force is set at?
Thanks again

All knotters are pretty much the same so FT/LBS hold true across the board. Also one very important thing on any balers is ALWAYS check and double check that the plunger stop works as it should or it can cost you more to fix then it would to replace the baler guess how I learned that one. Also keep the twine knifes good and shape that will also help make sure a knot is not missed
