7060 NH baler

My new holland 7060 baler will fail to wrap one side of the bale causing a blow out on the side. I am sure it is caused by hay coming out on the front side of the belts and falling down on the duck bill blocking the net from covering entire bale.
Does anyone have a fix for this or have experienced the same problem.

Thanks

I don't know the answer but I'm sure glad my rd baler with netwrap doesn't have a duckbill. Try posting your question on Haytalk forum Mike10 or someone else will give a solution.

My newer 560 will do the same if the net tension is too low. Manual calls for tension pull of 95lbs, good luck with that unless you are a gorilla. It will also build up chaff & block the duckbill. 2 solutions for me, get out every 10th bale and brush off the chaff or drive fast enough so the baler bounces enough for the chaff to drop off.

Jim I cannot find the practice for n he manual that tells how to increase the net tension.Do you know where I can find it?

The length of net after it is cut off, the depth the duck bill goes in could solve this problem. Where does the net end up, if not on the roll?

You could have some hay stuck in the duck bill. Maybe decrease net brake tension.

Here's the parts brackdown. It should be on the balers right side.
