john deere 567 shakes

trying out a john deere 567 baler. i noticed when i'm wrapping the twine the baler shakes forward and backward. looked in the manual and found nothing. read someplace on the net about this but now cant find it. seems it was a density issue. seems like i have to go slow with the baler also. 4 mph in grass. had to take the compression thing out of the pickup to even get it to take grass. not sure it's the baler for me.

I've witnessed rd balers rock(shake) a little when bale is out of round. Is CV joint on driveline worn excessively? Are your windrows consistent? How wide are your windrows? Does pickup have any teeth missing? Which type pickup does this baler have(regular, mega tooth or mega wide)? How tall is the grass you're trying to bale?

windrows are consistant cv joint seems fine. it only does it while wrapping with twine. regular pickup and teeth seem ok. with the compressor thingy out it seems to pick up grass hay ok. while forming the bale hydraulic gauge seems to be working fine but when wrapping and the baler starts rocking then the gauge goes up and down, like an out of round bale.

Where does gauge needle set when baling? Gauge fluctuation when wrapping with twine could indicate something is leaking in hyd tension circuit. What condition are the tension springs? I've had to replace several broken tension springs on my 467.

starts out low, don't recall how low but when baling gets up about 3/4 of the way. when wrapping bounces 3/4 from high to about 1/4 above low.
