Two Point sickle mower

Looking at a 2 point sickle mower that was being used on a 350 farmall. The owner said they had to use some strips of metal under the 2 point prongs to take up space to make it work on the 350.

Could this be a mower that was set up for a super c or the like?
What model # might it be?

350 Farmall had a heavier set of prongs. Many farmers got by with lighter duty implements by sliding a shim under the
prongs to take up the slack.

I believe all mowers were made with the smaller prongs. My 300s manual said something about filler strips for the fast hitch to use planters
and mowers with the small prongs.

If the mower has small prongs that may make it a C-21-P (2C-F21) or C-24-P (2C-F24) that were made for the Super C and 200 tractors with small
point fast hitch prongs. The only real difference between those two models was that the 24 series had 2 lift springs, while the 21 series had one
lift spring. They would need 1/2 inch by 1 inch spacers to be used in the fast hitch sockets on the 300 and other large point fast hitch
tractors. Both models had a right axle clamp to help with the side draft when cutting. I know where one is for sale if someone is interested.

We've got a model 100 FH mower with the shorter height tongs. I think the 300 was the largest model with that size socket. Anything bigger and you'll need the 1/2" spacers on the inside bottom of the socket. We wound up getting some 1/2" round stock and stitch welding it on the bottom of the tongs.
