nh 1033 pump.

im looking for a hydraulic pump for my 1033. it has a new seal kit installed but leaks out of the front seal, drip... drip...
annoying. anyway i have my book and it says its open center pump, total flow of 10.5 gpm, 4gpm flow priority. main system 1950-2050 psi, priority 2050-2150psi. at 540rpm.
one of these forums said surplus center might have a pump, but i am not sure which one would work. theres alot to sift throu there.
no sense taking it to my local shop cuz of the labor cost. cheaper to buy new IMO... just want to know of a cheaper alternative that does the same job.

I would think Surplus Center might have what you need. I would give them a call and give them the specs. I suspect NH would be really expensive.

yes they are really exspensive, something like $4k retarded. we bought the machine last year for around $2500 cdn.....
works really well. just some minor fixing as per usual for something of its age etc..
i will give them a call.

NH parts used to be relatively inexpensive, at least compared to JD or IH, but every time they got bought out by someone the prices go up. Another option would be to check at a hydraulic shop if you have one in the area. Had a friend with a NH swather who needed the hydraulic pump for the header lift. Got one from NH it was expensive and wasn't the right pump
