New Idea Spreader Caution

Don't know if anyone can help me, but I'd like to reproduce a Caution plate on a new idea spreader. Plate is on the front panel of newer 213,214,215 boxes or 351 series spreaders. It's about 5x7 inches in size. Here's a picture of how mine looks. Would either like to get a photo or wording for the Caution plate. Thanks.

I don't know if it helps but a lot of times those caution plates-decals were pictured in the owner-operators manuals. Don't know if that is in the manual for those spreaders or not.

Yes, I checked my OM and the Caution is not there. I was hoping that it would be.

google George Bradish Tractor Parts. In the Implements decal sections there is a Be Careful decal (D470) that was used on Ford and New Idea spreaders. Not sure if it's the exact wording you want though.
