Replacing very old bearings

Have an old farm elevator/conveyor (probably from 1950 or earlier) used mostly for hay and straw bales. Started to replace the tires (4 X 8) and may need to replace these bearings (roller bearings on a 1.000 inch axle shaft). One of them has lost the roller end retainer. The two identical halves of the tire rim sandwich over the bearing assembly. I have not yet taken them to a local bearing shop. Am I likely to find an exact replacement?
Might have been easier to get a complete axle with hubs. I could still do that.

That's a pretty common bearing used on a lot of JD machinery. They should have plenty of them...

Some sizes of that type are no longer readily avaible any place. They were popular years ago (100) and hard to find. I have an Amish friend that makes them to size needed. Also the race that is used with them.
