Will the sickle interchange between the two haybines 469 479. Can you change the head of sickle to interchange? Have a 479 with near new bolted sickle but with bad rubber on roller and a chance to buy good 469. How many parts interchange between these two

The head on the sickle is different. The gearbox and the wobbler are different. Not a lot of parts are interchangeable.

The sickle bar is the same on both of them the heads are different,you would just have to put your sickle head on the other bar. Actually a lot of the parts are interchangeable between the two. We have a 469 that we are using for parts for our 479.
