Yep, JD with the side dressers, I have one for my
40JD think #244? May be a different model but
most of it will interchange with other Jd's. I don't
have the side dressers for mine though, Maybe a
desirable addition

Sorry about the pictures being side ways. They looked like they were uploading correctly but I guess not.

So....is this a #244 JD cultivator with the Side Dresser Option? Or is it a MT200 Cultivator with the Side Dresser Option. I didn't get the fertilizer hoppers with it......just what you see.

Any idea of its value?

It could be either number, I'm not up on all the
numbers, so I don't know for sure, as for price,
that's gonna depend on where you are. It looks like
it would be for parts, since some of it is missing.

(quoted from post at 08:24:49 03/31/17) From what I could see it could also be an ABG200 for the A, B & G tractors.

How would you tell the difference?

Mounts in type and measurements. You need the parts books to show the different mounts and then some look the same but are longer so you need to be able to measure tractor to cultivator. Like the bottom bar that holds the front sections together on the A is 2" longer than for a B but the bar for the top is different for each, then for the vertical engine tractors the mounts are still different there as well as for the side mounts on the tractor. You should be able to look up those parts books on Deeres parts lookup site. Type in cultivators and you will get the different models, then take one at a time and go to book to compair picture to what you have.
