467 jd baler

I'm getting ready to replace the roller chains and guides on our 467 jd baler. Are Deere's chains the way to go or buy elsewhere?

Deere sells diamond brand chain I would look for it you might be able to get it elsewhere cheaper

If you haven't already done so be sure to inspect the sprockets for excessive wear.

Don't some people upgrade to the heavier chains and sprockets like on the 568 when replacing?

My neighbor that owns a 468 & 469 that's been custom baling with JD rd balers since the 430/530 models told me that in his opinion the only thing gained by having the RC80 chains over RC60H was the extra $$$$$ it cost when chains/sprockets require replacement.
