Best suited implement?

I am finishing up on clearing a couple acres. What I am left with at this point are ground vines. Is their any thing that can cut/remove this mess with out getting all bound up? Thanks for any and all advice.

If the soil is packed also, try a Hay King Pasture Renovator. Down here the JD house sells them. www the name and you can get a dealer locator. Heavy duty implement and reasonably priced for what you get.
