knife ajustment 275 baler

Changed the knives on my 275 baler checked bearings and guides all OK except side to side.The knives are parallel but have about 3/16 inches between knives the manual says 1/32 between knives. It also says adjust bearing # 7 (under cover on operator side).Then says adjust bearing # 6 by loosening plunger pin set screws and shifting shifting plunger pin. Have any of you guys ever done this? My 275 baler manual doesn't really go in detail. Any help or advice would be a big help

I have a 273, not sure if it's exactly the same. There is a small rectangular cover on the left side to get at the horizontal bearing. It's on an eccentric. Loosen the nut and turn it against the guide bar with the starred washer to get the 1/32. Then adjust the plunger pin so the vertical bearing is centered on top of the guide bar. After you set it loosen the bolts where the crank arm clamps on the shaft and allow it to center on the plunger. Going from memory here.
